You tell us your dates, the number of guests, and your preferences (ocean view, proximity to the beach, gym, etc.). We offer you a selection, secure the option, then you confirm with a deposit and sign the contract. The balance and a security deposit (amount varies depending on the villa) are due before arrival.
Daily housekeeping is generally included (excluding Sundays and public holidays), as well as airport or port pick-up, concierge service, linens, and pool and garden maintenance, depending on the villa. Additional services (private chef, yacht charter, fitness coach, babysitting, etc.) are available upon request.
Yes. Our concierge service is available before and during your stay: transfers, restaurant and beach club reservations, car and boat rentals, private event planning, in-home wellness treatments, and much more.
We'll arrange your arrival at Gustaf III Airport (SBH) or the port. Your concierge will assist you with rental cars or taxis and escort you to the villa for a complete check-in(including equipment operation, safety instructions, and practical advice).
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out can sometimes be arranged if the villa is not welcoming new guests that day.
Yes. Most villas require a minimum stay of 7 nights. During the holidays (Christmas/New Year),some require 10 to 14 consecutive nights. Exceptions exist depending on the villa and the time of year.
A 5% tourist tax is applied to each night's stay. A 5% service charge is added to the rental amount. All amounts are clearly indicated in your quote prior to booking.
Most villas are child and infant friendly (with amenities available upon request).Pets are subject to prior approval. Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted without written consent. All our villas are smoke-free indoors (smoking is permitted outdoors if the villa permits).
A security deposit is secured before arrival and returned after the departure inventory. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, trip interruption, and rental incidents.
These vary depending on the villa and the season. The exact conditions (time limits, penalties, and force majeure) are included in the contract. We offer more flexible options when available.
Saint Barths can be reached via a connecting flight in St. Barts (SXM) or via inter-island connections. We strongly recommend reserving a car for the duration of your stay. Your concierge will handle transfers and vehicle rentals.
We can equip certain villas (pool barriers, baby beds, high chairs), organize security services, personal trainers, home spas, sports equipment, and even desks and printers for remote working.
You can submit your property via our 'List Your Property' form. Our team will then contact you for details, schedule a viewing, and set up your listing professionally.
We do not charge upfront fees. We operate on a commission basis—our earnings come from successful bookings of your property.
