Fees
For seasonal rental activity, the agency SAS ART DE VIVRE charges a maximum commission of 24% of the “gross rent” received for each rental. This commission is exclusively the responsibility of the property owner. The agency deducts this commission directly from the client’s payment.
Additionally, the agency charges additional fees to each tenant, up to 10% of the “gross rent” collected.
The term “Gross Rent” refers to the total amount invoiced to the tenant for the use of the property, excluding the agency fees charged to them.
