Villa Manoir Voltaire commands Marigot bay, St Barth, with nine bedrooms for eighteen guests. The estate, four thousand square metres on the hillside, brings together two independent villas linked by a discreet staircase.

The setting and the view

The property crowns the slope, facing the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon and Marigot bay. The view is panoramic, from the lagoon out to open water. The whole was designed by architect Lorena Gabaldon and carries a hundred and twenty solar panels.

The living spaces

Each of the two villas has its own professional kitchen, living rooms and dining areas, so a large group can be received without ever gathering in one place. The estate is air conditioned throughout, with wifi, US satellite television, a wine cellar and outdoor sound systems.

Outside, two heated pools answer one another, one of fifty two metres on the upper level, the other of thirty metres below. A Japanese inspired waterfall separates the two parts of the estate. Terraces, gardens and open air lounges follow one another across the property.

The bedrooms

The bedrooms are spread between the two villas, most with king beds and en suite bathrooms, and one of them is laid out as a children's room with six single beds.

Each villa has its own entrance and parking, which also allows them to be occupied separately.

Around the villa

The first restaurants are five minutes away by car. Saint-Jean is eight minutes, the airport ten, Gustavia a quarter of an hour. Parking is on the property.
