The setting and the view

From the covered balcony the view takes in the quays, the boats moving in and out of the harbor, and the Caribbean Sea beyond. An electric blind lets you pick your shade at any hour. It is one of the few addresses on the island where you watch the harbor work from your own living room.

The living spaces

The air conditioned living and dining area opens straight onto the balcony. The kitchen is open to the room and fully equipped, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine included. The barbecue sits out on the balcony, facing the harbor.

The bedrooms

The three bedrooms are spread across the two levels of the duplex. All are air conditioned, with king beds and a safe. One has its own en suite bathroom, the other two share the second bathroom.

Around the villa

Everything is on foot. Shell Beach, the boutiques, the galleries and the island's best tables are a few minutes' walk away, and the centre of Gustavia starts at the foot of the building. The airport is five minutes by car.
