Villa Emotion brings together four bedrooms for eight guests on the hills of Saint Jean, St Barth, shared between a main house and two bungalows set in a tropical garden. It has the easy look of the islands, with white timber ceilings, grey stone floors, dark wood and designer furniture in every room.

Setting and views

The house and its two bungalows are arranged around a lawn and a garden of palms and flowering shrubs, on the hillside above the bay. From the pool deck the view runs over the green slope and down to the bay of Saint Jean, the sea showing between the hills.

Living spaces

The living room and the kitchen share one open, air-conditioned space under a high white timber roof, and its glass walls slide back onto the covered terrace where the outdoor dining table stands. The fully equipped kitchen, finished in stainless steel and dark stone, has its own table for meals indoors. A few steps down, the wooden deck wraps around the heated pool, with sun loungers under green parasols, an outdoor lounge and a gas grill for evenings outside.

Bedrooms

Each of the four bedrooms has a king bed, air conditioning, a television, a desk and an en suite bathroom with an indoor shower and a stone-walled outdoor shower. Two are in the main house and open onto the pool terrace, the first connecting to the living area and looking out to the sea. The other two each have their own bungalow in the garden, each with a private terrace and direct access to the garden.

Around the villa

Saint Jean beach, with its restaurants and boutiques, is four minutes away by car, and Saline beach is just as close. For a villa rental in Saint Jean the location is convenient, with the airport and Gustavia each about eight minutes away.
