Villa Dancing Queen is a four-bedroom villa for eight guests set into the green hillside of Petite Saline, in the heart of St Barth. Turned to the south and west, it looks over the hills and the bay of Lorient to the sea, holds the sun all day and ends it with one of the finest sunsets on the island.

Setting and views

Its pavilions step down the slope among the trees, linked by wooden terraces. At the center, the heated pool lies on the same level as the living spaces, with a graphic pattern of blues, black and white, varying depths and a submerged bench with massage jets, and sun loungers line the deck facing the view. Below, a terrace with an outdoor pool table and armchairs is made for the hour of the sunset.

Living spaces

Large sliding glass doors open the living room and the fully equipped kitchen onto a covered terrace, with an outdoor lounge, a long dining table and a gas barbecue close by. The interiors pair warm woods and natural stone with furniture by European designers and tableware from a château in the Loire Valley. A sound system runs through every room and is controlled from a smartphone, and a gym fitted with Technogym equipment completes the villa.

Bedrooms

The four bedrooms are spread across the pavilions so that each keeps its privacy. All are air-conditioned and look out to the sea, with a 200 by 200 king bed, a television and their own bathroom, and one of the suites has a walk-in dressing room with more than four meters of storage.

Around the villa

Lorient beach is five minutes away by car and Saline close by. The restaurants and boutiques of Saint Jean are eight minutes from the villa, the airport twelve and Gustavia fifteen.
