The setting and the view

The estate is gated and residential, above Flamands bay, quieter than Saint Jean and ten minutes from Gustavia. The living room and its cathedral ceilings open onto the sea, and the pool is ringed with palms.

The living spaces

The kitchen is open to the air conditioned living room and fully equipped. Outside, the shaded terrace takes the meals alongside the gas barbecue, with loungers around the pool. A gym looks out over the hills.

The bedrooms

All three bedrooms have a king bed, air conditioning, their own en suite bathroom and a safe.

Around the villa

Flamands beach and its two hotel restaurants are minutes away, as is the start of the path that leads to Anse de Colombier. Gustavia is ten minutes by car. Parking is on the property.
