Villa Geneviève holds three bedrooms for six guests, up in the hills of St Barth, minutes from Gustavia. Every room sits under one roof and is fully air conditioned, which gives the house its easy, sociable feel.

The setting and the view

The property looks down over the Caribbean Sea from the hillside. An outdoor tub set facing the open water extends the main bathroom, and the outdoor shower takes the same view.

The living spaces

The living room has a screen, satellite television and a sound system, and the dining table seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cellar. The house also has a foosball table and an arcade machine.

Outside, the heated pool takes the terrace, in the quiet.

The bedrooms

All three bedrooms have a king bed and their own en suite bathroom. The first opens onto the sea and its bathroom gives onto the outdoor tub. The second looks over the garden. The third sits on the upper level.
