The setting and the view

Gouverneur is one of the quietest areas on the island. The villa is surrounded by palms and local shrubs, and the view opens onto the sea and the offshore islets. The spirit is bohemian chic, with exposed beam ceilings and light filtered through the pergola.

The living spaces

The living room, air conditioned, opens fully onto the terrace. It is furnished with a large sofa and an HD television, with a Bose sound system. The fully equipped kitchen leads to an outdoor dining area sheltered by the pergola.

The wooden deck wraps around the house and the heated pool, with loungers facing the sea. A gas barbecue completes the outdoor space.

The bedrooms

Both bedrooms are air conditioned, each with an en suite bathroom and a safe, and open at ground level onto the terrace and the pool.

The first has a king bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sinks. The second has a queen bed and a bathroom with shower and double sinks.

Around the villa

Gouverneur and Saline beaches are the closest. Gustavia, its harbor and its restaurants are five minutes away by car, the airport ten. Parking is on the property.
