Villa MMK sits on the green hillside above Saint Jean, St Barth, with three bedrooms for six guests. Contemporary and built over two levels, it opens onto the sea and the surrounding hills, a short walk from the beach.

The setting and the view

The architecture is crisp and modern, wrapped in tropical greenery. From the living room as from the terrace, the view sweeps the ocean and the hills, and the sunsets are watched from the edge of the pool.

The living spaces

The living room runs under a vaulted ceiling, with deep sofas, air conditioning and a sound system. The dining room and its wooden table open onto the terrace facing the sea, and the open kitchen is fully equipped, with a wine cellar set into the living area.

Outside, the terrace is built around a heated thirty foot pool, with loungers in the sun and a shaded dining area for eight.

The bedrooms

The three bedrooms have king beds, their own en suite bathroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a safe. Two are on the main level and open directly onto the terrace and the pool. The third is on the lower level, with its own sitting area and a private terrace set in greenery.

Around the villa

Saint Jean beach and its beach clubs are a few minutes on foot, as are the shops and restaurants of the area. Three parking spaces are on the property.
