The setting and the view

Pointe Milou is a residential headland on the north coast, known for its sunsets. The villa was recently renovated by its owners. Parquet floors and modern decor set a warm atmosphere, in keeping with the climate.

The living spaces

The living room opens straight onto the deck and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area for four facing the ocean and Lorient bay.

Outside, the pool takes the deck, with the view as a backdrop from morning to evening.

The bedrooms

Both bedrooms are air conditioned, furnished with teak four poster king beds, with storage and en suite bathrooms. Both look onto the ocean and the greenery.

The master bedroom is on the main level. The second suite takes the lower level and opens onto a private terrace with its loungers.

Around the villa

The restaurants of Pointe Milou are a few minutes away by car, and so are Lorient beach and its shops. Parking is on the property.
