Villa Ti Rock stands a few minutes from the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, St Barth, with three bedrooms for six guests. The house carries the charm of the island cases, laid out in separate bungalows among the greenery.

The setting and the view

Grand Cul de Sac is a sheltered lagoon, known for its calm water and for wind sports. The villa overlooks the lagoon from a quiet position, screened by tropical planting.

The living spaces

The living and dining areas form a single volume under vaulted whitewashed ceilings, typical of local architecture. The room opens on two sides, which lets in air and light and ties the house to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Outside, the pool is surrounded by tropical planting, and a hot tub faces the lagoon. The bungalow layout multiplies the corners for reading, resting or gathering.

The bedrooms

Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom.

Two are on one side of the living area, with private entrances, one of them reachable straight from the living room. The third takes its own bungalow, a few steps down on the opposite side of the property, which gives it real seclusion.

Around the villa

Grand Cul de Sac beach is a few minutes away by car, with its water sports schools and its restaurants. Parking is on the property.
