The Prana & Green Heart estate brings together two neighboring villas on the beachfront at Anse des Cayes, St Barth, with six bedrooms for twelve guests. Each keeps its own heated pool, kitchen and gym, and the two are rented together as a single beachfront address.

The setting and the view

The villa sits on the beachfront at Anse des Cayes, on one of the most consistent surf beaches on the island. The front opens entirely onto the sea, the trade winds run through the house, and the sand starts at the end of the terrace.

The living spaces

Each villa has its own living area open to the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and a heated pool lined with loungers. On the lower level, each has its own gym, with treadmill, elliptical, weights and yoga mats.

Rented together, the two houses give you two pools, two kitchens and two independent living areas, so two families can be together without being on top of each other.

The bedrooms

The six bedrooms, three per villa, each have their own en suite bathroom. In each house, one king bedroom opens onto the sea, a second looks onto the patio with twin beds that convert, and the third sits on the lower level with a king bed.

Around the villa

Beach access is direct from the property, on one of the most consistent surf beaches on St Barth. The area stays quiet, a few minutes from Saint Jean and its shops.
