Villa Omai Zilé stands high above the waters of Colombier, St Barth, with six bedrooms for twelve guests. This twelve thousand square foot estate, designed by the architecture practice SAOTA, is composed as a series of pavilions linked by terraces and gardens.

The setting and the view

The property sits on the heights between Colombier and Flamands, with a panorama that takes in the ocean across its full width. Natural textures, sculptural lines and curated art establish a quiet sophistication throughout, and the layout lets light and view move freely from one space to the next.

The living spaces

The indoor living room runs into an outdoor living room, a fire pit lounge and several terraces. On the kitchen side, an open show kitchen with a bar sits alongside a professional kitchen, with an indoor dining room and an outdoor pergola fitted with a barbecue and a Neapolitan pizza oven.

Two heated pools share the tropical gardens. The house also holds a fitness studio equipped by Technogym, a yoga deck with reformer, a wellness bar, a padel court and a private entertaining room. The whole property runs on a smart home system.

The bedrooms

Each of the six bedrooms has its own pavilion, with a private terrace over the sea and independent access. The master pavilion covers around a thousand square feet, two deluxe pavilions six hundred and fifty each, and three signature pavilions five hundred and forty.

Around the villa

Colombier is among the quietest quartiers on the island, and Flamands beach is the closest. Anse de Colombier is reached by the coastal path that starts at the end of the Flamands road.
