Villa Grace overlooks the bay of Anse des Cayes, St Barth, with six bedrooms for twelve guests. Built into the hillside across two levels, it faces the ocean from every room.

The setting and the view

The house stands high above the bay of Anse des Cayes, surrounded by tropical greenery. The view runs over the cove and out to the open sea. The architecture is contemporary, and the interiors play on wooded beiges, touches of orange and deep blue.

The living spaces

Two living rooms and two dining areas, one indoors and one on the covered terrace, let a group spread out as it likes. The kitchen is professional grade with a bar alongside. The whole villa is air conditioned.

Outside, a heated infinity pool is lined with loungers and a shallow shelf. Several terraces share sun and shade, and a gas barbecue sits beside the outdoor table. A fully equipped fitness room, with treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and free weights, has the view as well.

The bedrooms

All six bedrooms have ocean views, air conditioning and en suite bathrooms with Italian showers and double sinks. One of them also has an outdoor shower.

Three bedrooms are on the main level and three on the lower level. All have king beds, two of which can be split into twins on request, and several open onto their own terrace.

Around the villa

The first restaurants are five minutes away by car. Saint-Jean, its shops and the airport are eight minutes, Gustavia and its harbor ten. Parking is on the property.
