The setting and the view

The property is wrapped in landscaped gardens, inside a gated residential estate. Open, light filled spaces set the tone on arrival, and the line between architecture and landscape fades on the terrace.

The living spaces

The living room, with its sea view, air conditioning and sound system, opens onto a wide wooden deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a wine cellar.

Outside, a heated infinity pool takes the deck, with a plancha for meals. The house also holds a gym, with treadmill, bike, weight bench and yoga mats, and a massage room fitted with two tables and a shower.

The bedrooms

All five bedrooms have the sea view, a king bed, their own en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a safe. Four have their own private terrace, and the first adds an outdoor tub.

Gouverneur beach is minutes away, as are Gustavia and Shell Beach. Four parking spaces are on the property.
