The Saint Louis estate brings together two Caribbean style houses above Corossol, St Barth, with five bedrooms for ten guests. Habitation Saint Louis and the Petit Saint Louis cottage are linked by a tropical garden and rented together.

The setting and the view

Both houses stand above the fishing village of Corossol, the Caribbean Sea in front, the entrance to Gustavia harbor to one side and the sunsets straight ahead. A private path runs down from the garden to the beach.

The living spaces

The main house holds a living room with a sea view, a fitted kitchen separated by a bar and a shaded terrace for meals. The pool, thirty by sixteen feet and edged with loungers, sits on the main level, with a gas barbecue. The cottage keeps its own terrace and its independence.

The bedrooms

All five bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Two are on the upper level of the main house, with king beds and a large private terrace. Two more sit at pool level and open onto the water, one of them splitting into twin beds. The fifth is the cottage bedroom, set apart.

Around the villa

Corossol beach is reached on foot from the property, and Gustavia is a few minutes away by car.
