Villa Utopic stands above the village of Corossol, St Barth, with five bedrooms for ten guests. Contemporary and colorful, it holds an art collection that gives the whole house its character, including works by the Dutch photographer Desiree Dolron.

The setting and the view

From the property the view takes in the Caribbean Sea, the fishing village below, Gustavia harbor and, on a clear day, the islands of St Kitts and Nevis. Mineral tones and natural stone balance the bright colors of the interiors, and every space stays turned toward the horizon.

The living spaces

The covered terrace runs the length of a seventy foot heated pool, with loungers and sofas in sun and shade. An outdoor bar, a Wolf barbecue, a pizza oven and an ice machine set up the evening out there.

Inside, the open professional kitchen is built to host a private chef. The house has a lift serving every level, a gym, and underground parking for six cars.

The bedrooms

All five bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and a king bed, one of them super king. Four look out to sea, two have their own private terrace, one with a hammock. The fifth sits at parking level and opens onto the garden.

Corossol beach is under a minute away, and Gustavia with its restaurants and boutiques five minutes by car.
