Villa Isla overlooks Marigot bay, St Barth, with five bedrooms for ten guests. Built over two levels, it opens its large volumes onto a terrace and a heated pool.

The setting and the view

Marigot is a quiet area on the north coast, between Lorient and Grand Cul de Sac. The villa faces the bay in a tropical setting. Wooden cladding on the exterior walls warms an otherwise contemporary architecture.

The living spaces

The living room, air conditioned, has a ceiling fan and an HD television with Apple TV. The open kitchen leads to the dining area and carries the living spaces out to the terrace.

Outside, a heated twenty seven foot pool takes the upper deck, with the sea in view. The garden is tropical, and the outdoor area has a gas barbecue and a plancha.

The bedrooms

All five bedrooms are air conditioned, each with an adjoining bathroom, a safe, a hairdryer and a television.

The master suite is on the upper floor beside the living areas and shares the pool deck. The four others are on the garden level with private patios and king beds, one of which can be split into twins.

Around the villa

The Grand Cul de Sac lagoon is five minutes away by car. Gustavia and Saint-Jean are a quarter of an hour. Three parking spaces are provided on the property.
