Villa Aura sits in the quiet hills of Gouverneur, St Barth, with six bedrooms for twelve guests. The spaces are wide and light filled, opening onto tropical gardens and the Caribbean Sea.

The setting and the view

Gouverneur is among the quietest quartiers on the island, with one of its finest beaches below. The villa looks down over the bay from the heights, wrapped in a garden planted with palms.

The living spaces

The air conditioned living room, with its ocean view and ceiling fan, opens onto the fitted kitchen and its marble island. The house also has a television room, a gym with treadmill and step machine, and a sound system through the main rooms.

Outside, the heated pool faces the ocean, with a hot tub set into the wooden deck, loungers, parasols and a gas barbecue. An upper roof terrace offers a second lounge, higher still.

The bedrooms

All six bedrooms have a king bed and their own en suite bathroom in white marble. Five take the ocean view and open straight onto the pool terrace. The sixth sits on the main level and opens onto the garden.
