The setting and the view

The house faces Gouverneur bay, whose beach is protected land and will never carry a building. Two bedrooms and the living room take the sea view, the other spaces opening onto the garden.

The living spaces

The living room, with its sea view, its screen and its sound system, opens onto the fitted kitchen and the dining table. The terrace and pool deck carry it all outside, with loungers, a gas barbecue and an outdoor sound system.

The bedrooms

All four bedrooms have a king bed and their own en suite bathroom. Two take the sea view, two the garden, and two of them have an outdoor shower. The last has its own independent entrance, which gives it real autonomy.
