Villa Casa del Mar sits in the gated Domaine du Levant enclave at Petit Cul de Sac, St Barth, with six bedrooms for twelve guests. The estate unfolds across more than seven acres of tropical land and brings together two linked villas.

The setting and the view

The property looks out over the eastern coast of the island, with Atlantic panoramas and paths laid through the greenery. Petit Cul de Sac is one of the most private corners of St Barth, with a beach sheltered by two headlands.

The living spaces

The two houses hold indoor and outdoor living rooms, a Valcucine kitchen, a cinema room, a fitted gym and a dedicated barbecue pavilion. The spaces are air conditioned, with sound system, television and smart home controls.

Outside, two pools share the estate, one of them heated, with a stone jacuzzi turned toward the ocean. The estate also gives access to two floodlit tennis courts, recently resurfaced.

The bedrooms

All six bedrooms have a king bed and their own en suite bathroom. Four sit in Casa del Mar, the other two in Casa del Sol, including the master suite.

Around the villa

Petit Cul de Sac beach is minutes away, as is the Grand Cul de Sac watersports base. Saint Jean is a quarter of an hour by car.
