The setting and the view

Mont Jean is one of the most private corners of St Barth, between Lorient and Pointe Milou, built around a gated estate. The villa opens onto the sea and the hills, wrapped in a tropical garden.

The living spaces

The air conditioned living room faces the sea, and the kitchen, separate and air conditioned as well, is fully equipped. Outside, several covered lounges and a sheltered dining area are arranged around the heated pool, with loungers and a gas barbecue.

The bedrooms

All five bedrooms have a king bed, their own en suite bathroom with double basins, air conditioning, a smart screen, a safe and a courtesy kitchen corner. Three take the sea view. The last two connect to one another and open onto the garden, which suits a family well.

Around the villa

Marigot beach and its snorkeling are five minutes away, the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon about ten. Saint Jean is a quarter of an hour. Parking is private, on the property.
