Villa Essenia faces the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, St Barth, with four bedrooms for eight guests. The property is made of a main building and an independent bungalow on the upper level.

The setting and the view

The Grand Cul de Sac lagoon is closed off by a coral reef: the water stays shallow a long way out and turtles pass close to the sand. Three hotels line the bay, with their restaurants and two watersports outfitters, and a kitesurfing school on the beach.

The living spaces

The air conditioned living room, with its ocean view and sound system, opens onto the fitted kitchen and its wine cellar. Outside, the heated pool is sheltered by a covered terrace, with loungers, a gas barbecue and speakers. A gym with its own shower room completes the house.

The bedrooms

All four bedrooms are air conditioned, with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Three sit on the main level, the fourth forms an independent suite in the bungalow. The first can be split into twin beds.

Around the villa

The lagoon, its beach restaurants and its watersports are a short walk away. Saint Jean is a quarter of an hour by car, Gustavia as well. Three parking spaces are on the property.
