Villa Mauresque sits on the heights of Corossol, St Barth, with four bedrooms for eight guests. Designed by architect François Pécard, it unfolds over four levels and several independent pavilions.

The setting and the view

Corossol is a fishing village a few minutes from Gustavia. From the villa the eye follows the yachts sailing in and out of the harbor, then loses itself on the Caribbean sea. The house takes sun all day long and faces the sunsets.

The living spaces

The inspiration is Moroccan, down to the arches that frame the terrace. The pavilions are linked by outdoor staircases, so every room takes the view.

The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, an espresso machine and a farmhouse sink. Outside, the infinity pool stands against a backdrop of arches, with a stone deck, loungers and umbrellas.

The bedrooms

All four bedrooms have ocean views, air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. Each one occupies its own building, which gives everyone real privacy.

Three suites have queen beds, the fourth has two singles.

Around the villa

The village of Corossol and its beach are just below. Gustavia, its restaurants and its boutiques are five minutes away by car, the airport and the northern beaches barely further. Parking is on the property.
