Villa Nolen stands a few minutes from the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, St Barth, with four bedrooms for eight guests. The architecture follows the traditional island cases, with arched doorways and high ceilings.

The setting and the view

Grand Cul de Sac is a sheltered lagoon, known for its calm water and for wind sports. The villa looks over the lagoon and the sea beyond. The arches and lofty ceilings let the trade winds run right through the house.

The living spaces

The plan is open, and the move from indoors to terrace happens without a break, the stone floors carrying on out to the sun deck. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

Outside, the private pool and the large shared terrace face the lagoon. That is where the house is most lived in, from breakfast to sunset.

The bedrooms

All four bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom adjoins the living room, with a king bed and its own en suite bathroom.

The three others take the lower level, with king or twin beds, and open onto the front part of the terrace with ocean views. Two of them share a bathroom, a practical arrangement for a family with children.

Around the villa

Grand Cul de Sac beach is close by, with its water sports schools. The hotels and restaurants of the lagoon are five minutes away by car. Parking is on the property.
