Villa Only View takes Pointe Milou, St Barth, with four bedrooms for eight guests. As the name says, everything here is arranged around the ocean view and the sunsets.

The setting and the view

Pointe Milou is a residential headland on the north coast, between hills and ocean. The villa sits in open nature, widely turned toward the sea. The architecture is strongly contemporary, and the view follows every room.

The living spaces

The air conditioned living room is furnished with a large sofa, glass tables and mirrors that carry the light. The dining area shares the same volume and seats eight, beside an open kitchen and its breakfast bar.

Outside, the heated pool faces the open sea. The garden is laid with green lawn, and an outdoor lounge, with benches and large cushions, is turned toward the sunsets.

The bedrooms

All four bedrooms are air conditioned, with king or queen beds, spread over two levels.

Three take the main level and the fourth the lower one. Each has an en suite bathroom, a television and a large walk in closet.

Around the villa

The restaurants of Pointe Milou are a few minutes away by car, Lorient beach and its shops barely further. Parking is on the property.
