Villa Seastar commands the bay of Petit Cul de Sac, in Dévé, St Barth, with five bedrooms for ten guests. The house spreads over several levels and several bungalows, all turned toward the sea.

The setting and the view

Dévé is a quiet slope on the east coast, above the bay of Petit Cul de Sac. The ocean view is panoramic, and the eastern aspect gives the house fine morning light.

The living spaces

The living room is furnished with a large sofa and armchairs, with an HD television and a Sonos system. It opens onto a covered terrace fitted with a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Two terraces share the property. The heated pool, set on the main terrace with the ocean behind it, comes with two aqua bikes. A gas barbecue is provided for meals outdoors, and a fitness area gathers a rowing machine, a bike, a treadmill and free weights.

The bedrooms

Each of the five bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, and most have the sea view.

They are split between the main house and separate bungalows, across several levels, which leaves each couple its independence. One of them has an outdoor bathroom with shower and tub.

Around the villa

The Grand Cul de Sac lagoon is five minutes away by car. Gustavia and Saint-Jean are a quarter of an hour. Two parking spaces are provided on the property.
