Villa Vesper sits within the Domaine de Lurin, St Barth, with four bedrooms for eight guests. The architecture is contemporary and pared back, turned entirely toward Saint Jean bay, one of the most recognisable views on the island.

The setting and the view

Floor to ceiling glass opens the rooms onto the panorama. The estate is residential and quiet, on the hill above Gustavia, with the beaches of Gouverneur and Saline just over the ridge.

The living spaces

The living room is minimalist, with deep sofas and a large screen. The contemporary kitchen is fitted with a pro range, oven, espresso machine and a separate freezer.

Outside, a heated infinity pool is wrapped in greenery, with loungers, parasols and a sound system. The terrace table seats twelve.

The bedrooms

All four bedrooms have a king bed, their own en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a screen. The first adds a desk, a large walk in closet, an outdoor tub and its own private terrace, with the ocean view through a wide opening. The others sit on the lower levels and look out over the hills.

Around the villa

Gustavia is minutes away by car, as is the village of Saint Jean, and the beaches of Saline and Gouverneur are close by.
