Villa Xanadu is built into the hillside at the heart of Saint-Jean, St Barth, with three bedrooms for six guests. The position is central and yet very secluded, with a panoramic view over the bay.

The setting and the view

The villa overlooks Saint-Jean bay and Pelican beach, with the islets offshore. Its owners kept the original spirit of the house, open doors, generous gardens and ocean views from nearly every angle, while bringing it up to today's comfort.

The living spaces

The property is laid out in three bungalows. The first gathers the equipped kitchen, the barbecue and a covered terrace with its dining table, beside the pool. The second holds an air conditioned TV room, with board games, along with a bedroom.

The pool and its terrace form the centre of the house, turned toward the bay.

The bedrooms

The bedrooms are all separate and independent, each with an en suite bathroom and shower.

That bungalow layout suits three couples as readily as a family looking for some space between generations.

Around the villa

Saint-Jean beach, its restaurants and its boutiques are a few minutes away. The airport is close by. Parking is on the property.
